S330 vs S230

Hi Guys
London Calling! Can't decide between the S330 and the S230. I wonder if there are any users who have had experience with both? On the face of it there doesn't appear to be a lot of difference between them (apart from one being 3 mega pixel and the other 2). Your thoughts would be appreciated.

I bought the s230. To me, better resolution is more important than a little extra zoom.
To me, there is a considerable differnence in image quality between 2 megapixels and 3 megapixels (I also have a 2 megapixel Elph).
My advice is to go s230 and stand close! : )

I also just bought the s230 to replace my s40 (s40 is great, but its too big to carry everywhere, and everywhere is where you want your digi cam to be)

I agree with the posts above, but it depends on what you want. The small difference in zoom is not enough to outweigh the better resolution. I bought the S230 because I wanted a high enough resolution to be able to have good quality large pictures. I hardly use the zoom so for me it is not a big difference. Go to the local electronics store and try out the 3X and 2X cameras to see what you think. I didn't notice that big of a difference for the types of shots that I take.
