To get these shots i did the lie down on the ground with the camouflage netting over the head approach and wait.I changed position 3 times for different angles on them and to get abit closer each time.

I'm REALLY REALLY happy with these :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D

Nice work, Alan! I'd crop them a little tighter, perhaps, but otherwise they're really excellent.

I see lots of leaves and other green stuff ... must be nice.

They're great shots, but if you used the rule of thirds they would be even better. I picture is boring when the subject is dead center in the middle. If he is off to the right or left a bit it is more dramatic. Great color and depth of field.

#5 is my fave - looks like you got a young guy in #6 7 #7.

I did the same a while back with full camo gear and sat near the warren for a long time waiting for them to peep out!

I was lucky! Just about 1 1/2 hours. I just sat near the hole perfectly still and down wind and waited and waited and waited. It was really exciting when the guy came out. I didn't even more when a guy walked past about 40 feet away without seeing me. I was worried that he'd spot me at the last minute and freak out! :D

Yeah i think when i get home from work today i'll crop the 1st one and the 4th one in closer, cuz the eyes look better in those two.But the rest i'll leave alone.

Thanks everyone for your comments
