As the weather looks not too great for the next few weeks, I've decided to pack of my 120-400mm zoom to Sigma to see if they can sort out a soft focus issue.
Anyone used them recently and can advise on the likley turnaround?
Cheers
Tony

You have to send in the lens, they will then quote you for the work. You have to accept the quote then they do it and send it back. Andy Brown; South-east England. That's not too bad, mine is still under the 1 year warranty, so it 'should' be free.

When I emailed them to ask for the procedure they also told me the expected turnaround time. The service dept. email address is on their website. I did not send in a camera body but did tell them which bodies I use. Andy Brown; South-east England. Canon, Sigma, Leica, Zeiss all on Canon DSLRs. My hacking blog
