They have even given me RMAs after the 14 day policy just to save some $s on rebates. Their 'sales' phone presence leaves a lot to be desired but if you know what you want and order online they are the best (IMO). My brother sells high end camera equipment (among other things) for a living and he always directs people to B&H if he can't meet the need. That is saying something because he is putting his company name on the line for that. Canon 5D Mark III | 50D | SL1

Both are top tier stores and you wont go wrong with either one. YOu could also ad Canoga, Beach, Buydig to the list as well. They too are excellent stores. Not sure why, but call me JJ.

t-bonestahl Member 108 posts Joined Dec 2005 More info | I can personally attest to the customer service from Adorama. Amazing. I had a problem with my camera (and my baby was due in a couple of days) and they literally tracked me down and expedited my camera 2 day air with out charging me extra. Helen from Adorama is amazing. I will definitely be buying my gear from them. t-bonestahl

We have recently changed our shipping targets, and you should find that orders for in-stock items placed on business days up to 5:00 P.M. are generally shipped the same day (subject to verification, as described below).
