I was using Nik Software Dfine and it worked great. Just built a new PC with over 3gb of memory so I opted for a 64bit OS and Dfine will not run (or even install) in this version of windows. Anyone have any recomendations for a 64bit version of a noise plugin for CS4?

Thanks,
Nick

I use Neat Image and have the 64-bit version under Vista 64.

Usually when Photoshop CS4 64bit installs on a 64bit machine it also installs the 32bit version as well. It may be a pain but you can open the 32bit CS4 and run Dfine for your noise reduction, save, then reopen the image up in CS4 64bit and continue editing. Just a thought.

Thank you all for your insight! I'll give those others a try.

I do have the 32 bit one installed as well but the Dfine software won't even launch the installer program to install the plugin.

Hmmm...you might want to re-download Dfine from the Nix Software site and use your old registration key. Also make sure that the Dfine plugin resides in Program Files (x86)>Adobe>Adobe Photoshop CS4>Plug Ins>Nix Software.
