This is my 1000th post and I thought in celebration I would post my lovely, 8 1/2 year old Dane, Cleo. If any of you know Danes, you know she is a senior citizen. I did a photo shoot of my furry kids a couple of weeks ago, and this is a shot I almost thru away. I had stupidly shot into the sun and it was badly overexposed. I did a lot of PP to it and have to admit, it has now become one of my favorite shots of my old girl. I think it has an old worldly look to it.

Wow! She's beautiful! Nice shot too! We had a great dane live to 11 years old!

I just love that facial expression! It almost gives the picture a bittersweet feeling. Love it!
