Got this one with my 100-400mm also. Thought it turned out not to bad. :D

I like this a lot!
It is a very cool composition. Very interesting lighting and contrast.

The frame looks like it might be a bit too dark. I would try a lighter color, Nice shot and composition BTW.

Frames help to isolate the image from the influence of the background & I think it works. ;-)a
