kiss_me_now9 Member 114 posts Joined Aug 2006 Location: Bucks, UK More info | May 27, 2009 16:04 | #1 It was my birthday yesterday, so in an effort to hold onto my childhood, I persuaded my mum to take me to Speen, the Home of Rest for Horses, my local horse sanctuary (mainly older, retired horses, ponies and donkeys, but some rescue cases) Ulterior motive was that I wanted to take my camera and get some horse portrait shots!       Muddling through with a 350D kit (Formally known as Arsene), 50mm f1.8 and a little bit o' luck.

The eye is a good shot but a little dark, fill flash might help. #3 is good but a tad hot on the face. 4 and 5 are the best shots to me. The pony looks wistful.
