It took about 2 weeks, which is what I expected. I got my package from them today, poorly packaged, it was missing 2 of the filters I ordered. The envelope they were in was not even sealed when i got it, it must have opened up in transit and 2 of the filters fell out, the 2 least expensive ones. I emailed them, no response yet, they said it could take 2 days to respond. Should I do anything else, what do you think they will do?

Thanks for any help.

Give them their 2 days to respond...
and then go throught payment channels (Paypal, CC, etc..) to bring the issue to them

That's a bummer, I've heard good things about them in the past. Luckily you have the protection of Paypal!

All I had I heard was great also. Hopefully they will send out new ones and seal the envelope a little better. I would like to use them again, their prices are great and hopefully their customer service is also.

Thats a shame, I bought a bunch of filters from them and everything seemed to be packaged okay. Other than the time to get it here which they told me up front, it was a very good transaction.

good luck

Wow that sucks! I have ordered lots of stuff through them and never had a problem. Any chance the items were stolen while in transit?

Sorry to hear what happened to you and hope they take care of you.

I just ordered mine yesterday. After doing the research, I had concerns buying it from HK. I am also concerned whether those sold from HK are actually made in CHina. Finally I ordered one brand new from a ebay power seller. The seller didn't waste any time shipping it out.

I've only ordered from them once and I think that will be the last time. They gave me the run around over and over about the filter I ordered. I also was in communication with "Sarah".

Not until I offered to contact PayPal and dispute the charge did they suddenly decide to send a replacement (with tracking). I never did receive the one they sent originally.

Great prices but crazy slow shipping and a wait and see attitude.

They have great prices - can't dispute that; however, they put the wrong address on the package an now I have to wait until they receive the package before they will send another.

They are too successful; they just don't care about an order here or there.

"Sarah" contacted me also. She they must have been stolen in the US and to file a claim at my local post office, like that will do any good. I told them if they do not replace the filters I will file a claim with Paypal and spread the word about them. The 2 filters that were lost due to their poor packaging cost me $50, which cost them even less, you think they would replace them just to do the right thing and keep customers happy.
