I've found that you can incorporate Noise Ninja with Lightroom by adding it to the external editor. What I do now for my last step is to use the external editor and send the image to NN Standalone. In Noise Ninja, I then have to profile the image, remove noise, then save the file. This then sends the .TIF back to lightroom.
What I am wondering is if I have more than one file, is if I could somehow perform a batch instead of clicking through profile, remove, save etc. for each image. Is there a way to do this?
