Keep meaning to post this and keep forgetting...

I got a Hyperdrive Colorspace O to take to Africa last year for additional backup on images. This year, I wanted to use it for a trip to Alaska and couldn't find the neoprene case. I checked the Hyperdrive website for it as an aftermarket accessory and couldn't find it, so I emailed the company asking if it could be purchased since I'd misplaced mine.

I got an almost immediate email saying one would be sent to me, free. I got it two days later.

Can't argue with customer service like that. And the Colorspace O is terrific too.

They did the exact same thing with me for different parts I needed. Instant responses (<20 minutes) and everything was shipped out extremely quickly (and at no charge to me). This is for the Hyperdrive which is now several years old. Can't wait to get a Hyperdrive UDMA.
