Quick Photoshop Question

Hey guys quick question - When I'm running the Distort > Diffuse Glow filter...on occasion it works. and then on occasion everything that SHOULD be glowing...is instead black.

Anyone know whats causing this? I can't figure it out

You have to swap your foreground and background colors.

Well it was frustrating me cuz I'm pretty dang good with photoshop, but for the longest time I thought it was some strange error with my photoshop! LOL

Durrrrrrrr.
