I just happened to spot some extra-nice looking mushrooms, and as soon as I started to photograph them (50mm @ f/11 w/ 25mm extension tube) the large insect crawled up and showed off for the camera. I'm not kidding! I spend forty-five minutes shooting, and he didn't leave the proximity of the mushroom I found him on.
