Is anyone else getting an internal server error when they try to access their smugmug gallery? Did they have planned downtime for today?

I JUST got that several times. I thought it was something wrong with my Internet.
I maybe wrong, but the only thing i read they are updating was the stats feature. Maybe i missed a post on there site about it being down for maintenance.

Edit : We're having some temporary difficulties. We expect full service to resume shortly. Sorry!

yea, I just saw the message. I was in the process of updating my header html so now i'm stuck with a piece of text that says "placeholder" at the top of my site.

...Thought maybe I had broken the server with my crazy html skills or something.

Down or not your site still looks great.
Mine is still VERY much in its early stage, ive had it for about a week. My brothers a CSS and html master im waiting for him to return from a trip to help me with my site.

I like the site in your sig a bit better, but i like the clean look of your smugmug. Thats the look im going for on my smugmug.
