Hey jacobsen, i use mine with the Lee Holder, with no Problems.

Here you can find some shots of the setup i use:
Klick

awesome, thank you so much!!!!

is that a UWA 82mm ring, or just a standard one? looks like the standard one in the second picture...

The one thing you have to consider is light reflection coming off the filter and into your shot. If you can make a DIY baffle, this will greatly reduce the reflection. I've got the Lee SW 150 on the way for the Nikon 14-24. So, I'm hoping Lee can build an adapter for the 17 TS.

yeah, dude, remember, I've been using filters that size on that lens and a 12-24mm for over 3 years now. I got into the game before Lee joined the super wide lenses really (and I don't take credit for it, I found someone doing it on another forum). Yes, reflections on the filters is a massive PITA, but I just use my filter holder (the velvet one) and lay it over the top of the lens/filter holder to block the light. Works perfect unless it's windy, then you have to hold it there. I'm working on something like a bootie that will live there, but it's a WIP...

Must...stay....away...from....this...thread!!!!

yeah, no kidding. It can use filters, it's the best 17mm lens in existence (for what I use a wide for) and you can stitch for wider?.....

I've owned all the other TS-Es at one point as well but didn't love NEEDING to stitch to get wide shots, but with this I'd imagine I'd shoot it half the time @ 17mm, then the other half stitching for wider shots which would be epic. The fact it's NOT needed though makes it so appealing to me.

Don't be silly, the 17-40L compliments a TS-e 17mm. Sometimes the TS-e isn't the right tool and then you would kick yourself for parting with it!

yeah, I know, but for me to stay in the black photo wise something has to go to fund this lens. It'd replace the 17-40 for a lot of what I do (since it's @ 17mm 90% of the time) anyway, so fund wise I'd start with selling it, but then what? I'm not switching away from the 5Dii. So that leaves my 24II which is my go to lens for family shots and my 50L... 50L & 17-40 would put me close, but not quite there...... Maybe I could part with my NEX5? But man, selling my NEX, 50L and 17-40 is a biiiiiig step.

the used one on B&H is making me think though.
