3 shots stitched, .9 Hi-tech reverse grad, Lee .9 Hard grad over the whole scene for longer exposure.

everyone of these recent stitched images just solidify it that much more for me on this lens

Jeff - you will love this lens, it's so versatile. It feels like a zoom in the sense that you don't feel stuck on a focal length. When you go to frame a shot you are met with lots of choices, landscape orientation, portrait orientation, shift left/right, shift up/down, tilt, no tilt etc etc. it doesn't feel restrictive at all which was my worry when I sold my 17-40 to fund it.

Robb - nice use of the big stopper. I love the cool tones. I've not had as good luck with boats, mine end up moving themselves into a complete blur to the point of being unrecognisable

xplflyd- that is good to hear i usually dont feel restricted with primes for some reason it was the other way around for me, i looked at your flickr i really like what i saw

Cheers. Lots of movement here but the boats were tethered so movement in situe I think, averages out over a longer exp?

Looking at it again I'm not keen on the blown sky.

Thanks, normally yes but I just did the automated photoshop stitch and it came out perfect. Converging water in the middle and all. Potluck I guess because I'm usually ripping my hair out on these

Kick ass pier shot by the way. Another example of how this lens can take a pretty good scene and change the scale to really make it something awesome.
