Couple of dawn seascapes. Lost my phone to the sea shooting these. About the only thing I had not tied onto me in some way.

Someone on a distant shore will find it and give you call. :p:D

Nice pics, though. Well done. Big Stopper?

you guys are killing it, great photo's. I have this lens being delivered to me tomorrow. Excited is an understatement. Loved the TS-E 17mm, but felt it was a bit too wide for my needs. I do shoot quite a bit at 24mm with my 24-105, and 24mm on the 24-105 is not the best, although I do enjoy it overall.

Thanks, yes, was a Hoya 9-stopper.

I'm gaffering my replacement damn phone to my arm next time I head out on these 'boulderscapes' at low tide!

Congratulations! It won't disappoint! The shifted panorama with these gives a nice option to expand the 24mm view whilst maintaining focal length as well.

Anyone bought this lens second hand? If so whats a fair price for a Mint copy would you say? I bought mine new and am looking to sell it on but don't know what the going rate is. The ones on ebay are new so cant gauge the price there. Dont want to over inflate the price but at the same time looking to recoup a fair price for myself

Bought mine new, but I've seen them on this site in what looks like Mint for $1400-1600.

First time out with this lens. It was a little cold, so I got lazy with the shots. Let me tell you though, this lens is SHARP. I absolutely love it. Glad I went with the 24mm instead of 17mm.

Beautiful work guys. Sorry about your phone coogee, I've been down that path before ; ) The Bean shot is awesome Jon! I posted an image from here a while back and found one with a better framing. This one has more canyon wall on the left side so it doesn't look so cut off. One of the most wonderful places I've ever been. The view, the solitude, and the stillness really just takes your breathe away. This was 3 frames in portrait orientation cropped to 2x5.

Thanks Eddie. I like the earthy tones for the southwest shots. Seems to fit the feeling of that area :)

Mine was £1350 ($2230) new! I hate selling lenses due to the depreciation :(

Yeah mine was also 2200 new. I got it during the discount though after I smoked my first one. Insurance gave me 2200 and I got it for 2000 ; ) Here's one more.

Awesome light, Jordan. I know some folks would claim it's underexposed, but if that's how it looked when you took it, it's perfect. I think early morning/late evening light is the best and should be preserved as it was, not brightened up.
