All the pot lights ad to the pictures. Great job. A few questions:

Would it have been possible to put the plane of focus in line with the moving walkway? I have only ever seen the focus either vertical or horizontal.

Did you focus with live view at all? Trying to place the plane of focus exactly seems to be difficult with the view finder. It looks like it went a little too much to the right. I love the yellow from the warning signs and how they tie in with the yellow along the back wall.

I'm in Canada. Isn't that weird!

thanks

i didn't use live view, it may have helped, these are just hand held,

and yes the plane of focus could have been better positioned in some shots i will have to experiment more

i had no idea that ceiling lights can just appear to float until i took these, its worth looking out

i would have liked to have gotten a bit more in focus

i think you guys are making a believer out of me. i want to set my sights on this lens.

question to anyone who can answer: although i know that there are other lenses to handle this task, but does anyone have any face/portrait/headshots where this lens was used? again, at 24mm and it being a ts this probably may not be what it was intended for, but im curious to see how photos of faces have turned out using this lens.

anyone care to share or offer links of flickr that i can look at?

thank you.

this thread is absolutely amazing, in every sense of the word.
im blown away by your photos

I haven't done just headshots yet, but I was working with Courtenay (a model) the other day, and did this to demonstrate to her what I could do with my lens.

I also did these with Shelley (another model) last week:

I like these three, especially the first one. Can you, please, share how did you do it. Thank you.

Pretty cute, uh?
She's better than the Styrofoam wig head I was using as a test subject.
