i usually don't do much post processing / photoshopping, but couldn't resist on this one.

so i'd like to gauge the reaction to this photo. is your first reaction a wow, or an obvious fake, or semething else?

thanks!

Maybe a little less saturation on the sunset. Other than that, Wow!

Flight of Four headed west. Nice shot. I'm not sure it has too much saturation. It's a preference for me...

Lovely photo, perhaps a tiddy bit overdone for my taste but what do I know?:D

My first reaction is "an obvious fake". But I love fakes ! Great shot, just do not pretend that its real and consider it for what it is: an excellent PS work with a lot of artistic perception.

With colors a little closer to natural, this would be a sensational photo. Great composition.

yes.

the birds were shot with my 10D & 70-200/f4L in san diego, while the sunset scene was shot with a panasonic fx7 p&s in the caribbeans. actually this is a composite of three photos: the birds, sky/sea and the setting sun.

Whoa, that would look beautiful on watercolor paper. Great job of PP Alex. Thanks for sharing. I love lots of saturation.
