These are shots from the tiny little wetlands area near my house. Sorry about the significant difference in exposure.

Yes, there can be bugs, generally mosquitoes. This is a very tiny little wetlands maybe a quarter-mile square, but has a pretty amazing (and changing) population. From sparrows and Chickadees to Swainson and Coopers Hawks, resident Coyotes, Ducks and Canadian Geese as well as the occasional Great Blue Heron, Egrets and Night Herons.
