thought i would get some opinions on this, i know not everyone will like it, i know most will hate it but looking for opinions all the same

It's interesting, though I don't know if I get the point.

Its certainly not a picture of a car anymore (at least one taken to showcase the car), nor is it showcasing the beach, or the person.
So I'd have to catagorize it as misc. fine art, and in that regard I am not sure I am a fan, but who am I to judge fine art?

It's interesting, though

I agree. I like the use of blue/yellow complementary colors. It might make a nice wallhanger, but I question the part the person plays in it.
