Had some time to kill before shooting some engagement photos. Lit with a 430ex bounced into silver umbrella. The reason for the terribly boring face is that if you've seen any of my other self-portraits, you know I'm wearing goggles/screaming/bran​dishing swords. I felt like relaxing for this one.

Good shot. Lacks that 'pop' though. Maybe more contrast or color saturation?

Thinking that might be your screen/my screen and the differences between the two. On my monitor, this pops a lot more than my other work, not least because of the lighting.

@ Rican: Single 430ex bounced into an umbrella. If it were any less simple I wouldn't have figured it out lol.
