I cannot believe how awesome Yellowstone was. It's a completely different planet. If you've got the means to take a trip out there, DO IT.

Here are a few pics from my recent trip. I was only able to stay a day, and am already planning to visit for at least a week at some point in the next few years. Enjoy!

I've been there. You are correct, you must go there to truly understand the majesty of the place. Nice shots.

When first discovered it took many pics, drawings, and first hand accounts to get the general public to believe it was all true. A great place to shoot for sure.

Just got back myself. Some of the scenery just seems "unphotographable"! lol

WOW describes it perfectly!

If I went to Yellowstone for 2 weeks, I'd fill up an 80GB hard drive, haha.

Thanks for the comments.

I'll be there from August 26th to September 7th or so this year. That will also include Grand Teton. It really is a truly unique park. Can't wait to get back.

Beautiful shots. I was lucky enough to spend a few days in Yellowstone last year. I wish I could go back now. Actually, I wish I could live there.

Can you give some details on your processing?

Cool little underground cave on #1. Makes me feel like I'm being sucked down some portal or vortex!
