And another one that's great. I spotted one of these at the marshy area I go to a couple of months ago and it spotted me at the same time......he/she never did come back out of the reeds for their photo shoot.

Very good.

Is this a species easily approachable? Or not?

In the first case perhaps this light is due to the use of a flash?
