I will keep this fairly simple
I ordered a used lens from Adorama, when I received it I did not feel the rating of the lens was correct, simple human error I am sure.
I contacted Helen Oster as I had seen some of her very helpful posts on here with customer issues. She get me in touch with the proper people promptly and we were able to come to an agreement that made me happy.
For sure I will be buying more products from them, this was the best customer service of any company I have EVER dealt with !!! seriously.
