Steel Mount... Seems as though I may have made a mistake in lens purchase are these two lenses different from one another?  There's only one Canon 17-85. The steel mount would make it different to some other lenses (such as the 50mm f/1.8) which have a plastic mount.

The price difference as listed by the same vendor is about $150, with the higher price being more in line with what all other vendors have this lense for.
