DIANE: What is the significance of this set up in your DC gallery?

http://www.dbimpressions.com …130_mMrKX#555781293_aKWvt (external link)

It was a tribute to loved ones who were lost. There were tiny photos on the walking sticks, as well as wording that paid tribute to each of 3 men.

Diane.... I just LOVE LOVE LOVE this one....

Such a sweet sweet picture!!!! Looks like Leyla was as smitten as Little's little!!!!

They were totally in love with each other. But like Zane said, its hard NOT to be smitten with them, they're both very sweet.

sevillafox wrote in post #8074599 (external link)
I'm out.

I have an unhappy Ian.

Diane has been robbed of internet due to a storm.

Yes, yes I was, and then robbed of sleep at 5am due to the same sort of reason. :(

short5 wrote in post #8075926 (external link)
Leyla had a nice time and really loved Jonathon as well as really loved Tif. It is hard not to actually.

I am not Diane but it is from Rolling Thunder the week before. People bring tributes and gifts to the fallen. Those were some hand made walking sticks with carvings but I don't remember the details. I may have a shot at home. Everything that is left is cataloged and archived.

Leyla truly was. She really needed some baby time and Johnathon is a great kid. I have sat at the table with him a few times now and he was an angel. Brian and Tif are great parents and really work together.

Neat

^^^ All of that!

Why does Amazon even bother giving me a tracking number when they ship via USPS? That has to be the most useless number on the planet...

Seriously...good exercise in futility.

theague wrote in post #8077618 (external link)
Because they like to frustrate us. USPS shouldn't even HAVE tracking numbers... there is no TRACKING. It should be called a delivery confirmation number because that's all it does. Tells you when it was delivered... maybe.

Or that, also a good reason...

thomascanty wrote in post #8077783 (external link)
Speaking of tracking info... I see a white lens landed in Pennsylvania early this morning.

Yes but....

sevillafox wrote in post #8077818 (external link)
Oh, I bet she's stoked! She has a sitter this morning too!

(I am)

thomascanty wrote in post #8077859 (external link)
It isn't "Out for delivery" just yet.

I'm looking forward to the first duck shot, though...

^^ That. And I'm afraid the duck shots will be a little more difficult, as 9 of the 11 eggs disappeared and mama seems to have abandoned the nest. :( I'm REALLY bummed.

Why is it easier to clean with a baby in the house than a 3 year old?

Any theories?

Um, cuz he's cute and portable and stays approximately where you put him, and still worships the ground you walk/crawl on?

Miniflash wrote in post #8078120 (external link)
hahaha they mess as you clean babies go along for the ride :)

Or that!

Fun, did you get the f4 with or without IS Deb?

Nice!

I'd take black...Chet doesn't care about girly though. ;)

Afternoon all, got mulch spread while the sitter was here this morning, and am officially done with 1 more flower bed for the season, just one huge one to go (the one in front of the pool) but I even got a small portion of that planted/finished up. My sitter officially rocks. She entertained the kids through the grocery store....I could easily become dependant on her. Of course, it helps that she's already had a fair amount of training....her little sisters are TWINS. So....yeah. lol!

Oh cool! Yep, I'm getting the f4 non-IS and am stoked! :D Price was right, trust the seller.... ;) Can't wait to play, but it should be here tomorrow. I'm so used to next day delivery from B&H (we live in the 1 day zone too), it was REALLY hard to wait for delivery from Cali, LOL!
