Good morning.

I have been googling for a while now and I am just not finding much that is helping or works for photography.

I am wanting me do a signature for my business email. I mean, I can do the simple one with my name phone number and link to my website but I would like to spruce it up a little.

Do any of you have have your logo and any other nice things or informational items added to your business email?

It's not for my photography biz, but I have a small logo in my signature for my work e-mail. We run Outlook 2007. What e-mail program are you using?

So, you're using their webmail feature? This might be a little limiting, then.

Too right it will.

You can use a system like Fastmail (external link)to get a decent email service as a start. They have various types of account from free to $35 a year.

For a more professional sytem you can get their $15 full service and then pay a small fee to one of the web domain services to get your own domain and forward all the email to your fastmail account. So you can have something like heather@heathersik.com (external link) as your email address. All for around $25 a year.

Indeed, you can have photos@heathersik.com (external link) or spam@heathersik.com (external link) or anythingyoulike@heathersik.com (external link)

I use 'Mozilla Thunderbird (external link)' to retrieve my various e-mails (2 websites, yahoo e-mail and my internet host e-mail). Then I created a signature based on which account I use to send. :D

I spend about 80% of my time on Linux. Don't have the funds for Mac right now, but Linux is MUCH better than BS, doh, I mean MS.

Heather, you can do it with the GoDaddy email. Click- Settings>personal settings>signature. Just play around with the layout from there.
