Other way around, buddy. We still resent having lost in our National sport to the USA (although, I could root both ways since I'm a dual citizen) -- feels like a never-ending nightmare. If there is a USA vs Canada rematch in the gold medal game, that'll be epic.

My friends and coworkers who practically never watch hockey all saw the game (in whole or in part) and talked to me about it (mostly consisting of friendly taunts, e.g. "What happened to Canada?!", etc.). I was quite surprised, lol. I guess it took that kind of match to get them even remotely interested.

No need for revenge in curling, we're dominating in both men's and women's events. Sadly, we fare much better at curling than in hockey in these Olympics, so far anyway... The official sport of Canada is actually lacrosse. Very strange!

Now after last night, Canada look like they have finally decided to show up.

Exactly! We weren't so mad the US won, but more so at the fact that the Canadian players did not seem to have any heart in it. Even though the US made mistakes too, they clearly wanted to win more badly than Canada did.

Both sides played really hard, are you kidding me?? miller is just THAT good, and america has good defensemen.

Canada vs Russia thisa afternoon.we will redeem ourselves again!
