Can't load custom settings file from CF?

I recently purchased a MarkIIds, and I'm trying to load the Sports Illustrated settings from THIS web site.

I saved the file to a CF and inserted the CF card into the camera. When I try to upload file to camera, I get a "Cannot load" message in the camera display.

I think I have the file on the root directory of the CF card. The camera seems to recognize that there is a file there, but it won't upload.

Any suggestions?
