I am looking for a photoshop plug-in that will alter a photo into classic comic book art.

Just looking for a plugin to do to streamline work flow.

Try Topaz Labs simplify, they have all different effects including cartoon, you can also turn your images into line art then go back to PS & take it from there.

look at the tutorials on their site to see what can be done.

Topaz Labs, Simplify fits more to what I was looking for. At a nicer price point too.
