Could be. That's why I suggested it for someone local. It seems fairly legit though. I'd be tempted to go check it out myself but I've already got a 1DII and looking more for a 1DsII for a second body.

That's a pretty normal price for a 1DII. I had trouble selling my 1DMKIIN for $1500...

Yea I was just thinking if take the time to take a photo of the box, why not the camera... Only reason I was wondering.

Didn't mean for it to look that way, just showing a pic of camera is easy if you only have one camera.... That is why I put the in my post, kind of being funny about it.

I've seen a few 1D II's going for under $1000 locally.

Picked up an 1DII from ebay last week with a shutter count of 3700 for $1035. It had all original manuals, accessories, software, and the box.

I have seen some on the B&S Forum on FM for $950-1300.
