I have just built my first studio and am now ready to purchace my studio lighting.
I will want to photograph moving people ie jumping around etc . I was looking at bowens 500r 2 head kit to start, which has a flash duration of 1/900 at max power.

will this be quick enough to freeze jumping people bearing in mind i may not be at max power .

If i bought one hs strobe , flash duration 1/2350 can i mix this with the slower duration strobes and still freeze motion

would i be better off buying the elincrome 2 head 600 style bx with flash duration of 1/2400
