Does anyone have the number to contact them? I had a question about the new set of PW and posted in this forum, but didn't get the answer that I needed, so I'd like to give them a call. The number is not listed on the manual. Thanks.

This is the first time I own PW. I contacted them via phone and I wasn't impressed. You can see details about my question/problem on this thread. https://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthre​ad.php?t=702121

When I mentioned about eBay remote trigger, the guy had no idea what it was. Even though it's not a major brand name like Radio Popper, Skyport and others, how can he not know eBay remote if he's working in this industry.

Anyway, even I use manual mode on 580EX and 430EX, but want to use them in Master and Slave mode (which will use the IR), it's not going to work. I will have to use a Flex on every single Slave flash which I hate to do. :mad:
