Have you experimented with any of the AF cases other than the standard? There are advanced cases suited for moving subjects under various conditions. It would help a little if you stopped the aperture down more, but I see that your ISO is already cranked. You could have sacrificed a little of the shutter speed, but not much. -Matt

I tried cases 3,4 and 5 I think. It probably comes down to practicing a lot.
