not really a portrait picture i guess

I think is better choice other background to reduce the impact of external element on the photo.

Also a less central position from the subject in the picture could improves the composition.

background is far to busy! the line going above her head is v distracting, would be nice if the dog was looking the same way and also the vingeting is very strong, too strong
