(I ordered one last night. I'd reccomend following the direct link above as the search on the Abe's site isnt the best, and I actually had trouble finding it).
I used them a few weeks back to pick up a second 580exII. They were very fast even with standard shipping. They did call me to confirm my order & explain the many features of the speedlite over the phone (I suspected an up-sell attempt) but they never batted an eye when I explained that I already had one and needed no additional batteries or accesories.
During checkout they actually do have clickable option to tell them not call you with "additional promotions" about the items you purchase. I probably missed that when I ordered the first time.
