To crop or not to crop.....

I liked this and wanted to share it with you ~ a picture of my Niece. I can't decide about my sons eye in the bottom right: I originally cropped it out, but i thought the the image lost something. I still can't decide if it adds or distracts....

Crop for me, if he had been lit like his sister, then it might change my mind.but the focus is on her..it would be great of you could tone down the glare in the mirror behind her?
