I've posted about Canon service before, but I must say they've kept up the good work.

I sent my 5D2 in for a cleaning about five months ago and was surprised when I got it back within ten days.

After problems with lens alignment, I sent the camera and two lenses in for calibration. I received everything back in 6 business days.

It's good to see someone posting that they had a positive experience. Usually only the people who had a bad experience want to share. Thanks for posting!

Something else I just noticed. I went to upgrade the firmware to 1.1.0...Canon had done it for me when they recalibrated the body. I checked the version on the camera before I downloaded the update. Good thing. Good service.
