Wow, some people have no idea.

I say let him get a lawyer. Hopefully it costs him an arm and a leg to find out some things arent for everyones use as they see fit.

I seriously hope that is a joke! That is funny and I think that person may win a 2009 Darwin award for that posting:p.

LMAO! This is funny, I'd contact him with an aggressive email so he does spend money on a lawyer and then turn around and go after him since he's admitted to stealing your images.

So did you have a watermark on your images?

Thats so funny. I guess its not obvious to some people that we don't put things on the Internet for other people to use for free.

No man, be very nice and helpful. Tell him you're sorry and want to help. Find out how many images, how long he's used them, whether the images have increased his business, etc. and then find yourself an attorney (or just explain the law to him and negotiate compensation). What a doofus!

Hey, why not post a link to his site so the 199,341 members here can use up his bandwidth? Lol.

I agree with the last post, play it nice and helpful then send him a huge bill! Along with your lawyers name and number for him to give to his lawyer so they know your not kidding!

I am fairly certain this has popped up on POTN before. This makes me wonder if it is not some sort of first contact for a scam of some sort.
