Nice re do!

You've managed to pull some decent contrast and color out of the shot that I was having trouble achieving!

Can you explain your processing steps?

It was a while ago today so I'll do my best trying to remember some steps
1. Shadows/Highlites - Bring shadows slider up a bit somewher between 0-40; and adj. highlights to taste
2. Unsharp Mask - 35 Amount; 113 Radius
3. Selective color - New adj layer > selective color > cyan > cyan slider -40ish
- Mast the layer painting with black brush on objects that are supposed to be blue.
