Anyone know if PSE7 is coming to Mac any time soon or is PSE 6 all that's available for the foreseeable future.
I just switched from PSE7 on a PC and don't want to buy 6 only to have 7 come out soon.
THANKS FOR THE HELP!

Adobe is notoriously slow for porting PSE to the Mac platform. Have you heard of Pixelmator? It's a very nice package, costs less than PSE and uses the gpu for many of its functions, making it substantially faster.

"Raw" is not an acronym, abbreviation, nor a proper noun; thus, it should not be in capital letters.

Just checked it out -- looks interesting but I guess I'd spring for a few extra bucks since I'm comfortable with PSE.

Have you checked out the Windows-for-Mac stuff out there? Some people are using that setup so they can run Windows stuff on their Macs.

I hear your frustration.....You would think "in this day and age" that companies like Adobe would stop leaving such huge and abvious options open for their competitors to move in on....

I mean for God sake it's a Mac the first choice for many with market share growing..............

Any way PSE6 is pretty good IMO ....

I feel better after venting.....:p
