What format do you save in for printing

Probably a real easy and stupid question, but If I am taking pictures in raw or a psd file, editing them in photoshop, what do you save them in to give to the client for printing?
I have been saving in jpeg, maximum (12) and putting them on a disc.
Is this sufficient for them to take to a decent printer (or even walmart for that matter) to get prints?

For that situation, I'd imagine that would work the best -- jpeg and sRGB. Some labs use tiff (some even require tiff), some use AdobeRGB or ProPhotoRGB, but the jpeg format is more common and sRGB is safest.

I save jpeg 10, but even 8 is fine.

Also, Format Options like "Baseline" ("Standard")", etc. ... which should be checked
