Here's a couple from a recent high school senior that needed these in a hurry before graduation. Laura and her parents were extremely happy with the outcome. Some other favorites are here. (external link)
A question for any of you photogs in the NW Pa area....How much would you ask for a 16x20 art composite like the one here (here's a larger version on my site (external link))....should I base my pricing on how many images are used in the final image? I just want to make this as simple as possible and I know that pricing will vary depending on where you live, but I just wanted to get other's ideas on pricing for what I call "art composites", which parents absolutley love. I, in the past have done tons of sports versions (external link), and have occasionally had people tell me that $35 for an 8x10 (external link) is too much....I guess I just have to start giving myself more credit for what I develop. For the most part I don't receive much feedback like this...but it's a punch in the gut when someone tells me it's too much to my face....most people just don't understand what goes into creating these. Thanks for the CC.

Like your work (checked out some of your sports shots as well) and wholeheartedly agree that people don't have a clue the amount of work that goes into creating your top image. Again, really nice. Something your customers would really be proud of owning.

As far as the price? People will say and do just about anything to determine if your prices are 'negotiable.' For the quality of your work, a simple 'sorry, my cost to produce is very close to the $35 price I'm charging' should be enough.

Thanks Dave....that's basically my response...I figure if they think it's too much then it just isn't that important to own it....I do think that $55 is way too low for a 16x20 of the composite...but what is too high is anyone's guess. After printing and s/h my profit is around $32.

That's some really good composite work on your site. I would think it's worth the price, I've seen so much poor work in regards to my sons city league photos and at a higher price too.
