I finally had time to go through some of my images from a recent trip to western Canada and Montana. These Osprey were about an hour outside of Yellowstone National Park. I could have stayed with them all day. I had posted one of them before but that image was edited on my laptop. Glad I didn't spend too much time working on that as when I saw what I posted when I got home I was pretty embarassed with the colors and levels. Here are a few samples.

I spent alot of time trying the 500 and 300 with different combinations with the teleconverters.

My life is like one big RAW file....way too much post processing needed.

Outstanding, as usual. Trust you had a great trip, Sheldon, and that we'll soon see more of the results.

I'm not sure of the highway but it was the one that went south from Livingston, Montana. The entrance at West Yellowstone which you get to straight south of Belgrade, Montana was still close so make sure to check on that one before you head down that highway. The weather has been pretty cool lately there and they have had more snow so it might not be open even yet.

It was about 45 minutes south of Livingston is where I found these guys. However, there is stands fairly frequently along that road.

Good luck.

I edited the post, I made a typo on the lens, it was the 500 f4.
