+1 on the 1510. It holds a gripped body, another gripped body with a Sigma 150-500mm OS attached, and plenty of room for other stuff, like lenses, flash units, batteries, etc..
This is what mine used to look like, before I went back to my shoulder bag. There's two flash units one on top of the other, and plenty of other stuff in there. The tallest lens was the Tamron 18-270mm VC, and none of the lenses went over the rim of the case.

Here's how it looks from the side, the gripped bodies don't stand up past the rim too far. I never had any issues closing mine, even with the lid organizer stuffed full.

The biggest problem is that you can't stand long lenses up, there's not enough head room, so you have to lay them sideways, which eats a lot of space. You might find you lose a good bit of space trying to fit the 70-200mm inside, unless you do like I did with the Bigmos and leave it on a body. If I took the cap and UV filter off the Bigmos, I could fit another camera body in. Depending on how long the 70-200mm is, you can probably fit it on a body and another body like I did, that would save you the whole top row for other stuff.
If you buy one the biggest thing you will find is that it takes a while to get everything in there how you like it. But it sure is fun filling the case.
