No way no how. Definitely not a RWBB and definitely a robin. The RWBB doesn't have a red breast, the adult male has a black breast -- solid glossy black; the females and juvies are streaked, not red. The red is, as the name says, in the wings.

:D I know the first 4 images are of a Robin, my fav bird :)

But the OP was asking if the last 2 images were a sparrow and I responded to that question, my mistake I forgot to add the quoted question:

Is this a sparrow below?

The last 2 are either female RWBB or juveniles. I actually were around some of these yesterday while the male was buzzing my head all the time, trying to chase me away.

Thanks and I think your right on the female RWBB... I just had no clue as we have so many males around here, I never stopped to think females... I did a google search and came up with similars... Thanks..
