In a word, NO. However, there are others that do when they require it.

It is not, however, for sale. (I'm a horder, don't sell anything:rolleyes:)

OH well you cant blame a lad for trying.

Maybe one day in the future I may be able to become one of those that are able to use it from time to time !

I also make quite a few 18" albums now, so more pixels helps a bit.

I just ordered a snazzy new 10x18 inch panoramic album :D But I know what you mean re more pixels.. Full spreads end up being 36 inches across ;D lol

A bunch of Canon bits and pieces.

Well lets hope the weathers wrong for thrusday onwards ..... I want to take heaps of photos. Ive had enough rain in Auckland let alone getting 3 days in the south Is.

Dave just go buy a 300 F2.8 as I said people who own them generaly dont sell them. I sold mine to pay for my camera and thats the only reason.

So here's a rule of thumb... if you primarily use a full frame camera, you won't like the 7D unless you photograph in a lot of dark places like wedding receptions. There's no need for everyone to say the same thing. If you use a crop body, you will probably like the 7D.

I love shopping! :)

I was considering the options for a full frame camera but understand that Canon may be working on a replacement for the 1DsMk3 - anyone know about that? Timeline maybe? Is there a site I can reference?

Canon will always be upgrading when the mk4 or whatever its called is out then a lot of Mk2s and mk3s will be sold but the 1Ds3 will still be above 6k mark.

LOL - How can you possibly expect to get a feel for a town if you are only spending a few hours there? Spend the weekend, don't go visiting lakes and stuff, actually spend time in the town... its a damn big decision and I can't see how visiting a lake is going to help you get a feel for a place you are considering moving to

Who's your current preferred supplier? I've (finally) gotten around to slapping my Europe trip photos into a momento.co.nz album:

Same reason I knew a week after 1 meet Sandra to get engaged and then 4 months latter married.
My life has been lived on gut feelings ....I just know things and there is no scientific backing to this at all. Just that im always right.

I KNOW I will end up in the Si and ive known this for a few years its the HOW and WHEN that alude me.

That's a book... an album is a lot more substantial. Books are WAY cheaper.

I like the look of the 18x10, but they're harder for me to design. I have a 50 page digital 18x12, massive thing that is, quite impressive when you had it to customers.
