Though I guess LR does have the local adjustment brushes now... Eye sharpening was it, no skin smoothing. Healing brush to get rid of a loose thread on my right shoulder. There's a shedload of EXIF on flickr if you wanna pick it apart, LR stores a lot of info if you choose not to strip it.
