I couldn't find a duck, so this will do:

First impressions. It's just like a 5D except:
a) The viewfinder is smaller
b) You can get way "closer" with the macro!
c) Put it in High Speed Continuous mode and it is scary fast compared to the 5D.

If all you wanted was a 30D, I would have happily swapped mine for your 5D :p

So long and thanks for all the flash

Number 9 in that set with the color casting is simply mental.

I didn't go through the lot but number 85 is pretty freaky too!

joeseph I know you've done a IR conversion. Where did you get the filter from? and how much was it?

And if anyone else knows where to get the filters from that would be a bonus :)

1 open home to go ........... yippie. Accepted the fact that will be staying put for a little longer. Planning on going down to Geraldine in middle winter 2010 to see if we still want to move.

Downgraded my website so cost me $80 a year intead of $200. Has a coppermine feature so may have a play with that for my gallerys. Not sure what to do with my photography.2010 may inspire me again.
Most of my spare time is taken up with Virtualisation and server 2008 and new server releases. Just downloaded exchange 2010 today. Will download opensuse 11.2 tonight.

Maybe tomorrow will give you some direction.

Do you want to travel down with me, we could do the same as last time? Duncan pick-up you, leave Duncan's car here.
